Still waiting for this skort for my wife

I ordered almost a month back for €262 golf clothing. The order was never delivered. Contact with Penguin is ultra-slow. I am still waiting for an appropriate reaction from the dedicated team. That should be within 48 hrs from Monday. It's now Friday, and still waiting.

This style is a skort, which is 16" long, the shorts underneath have an inseam of 3.5" (from crotch to bottom inside edge of short).
